Refunds and Returns
We have a 14-day change-of-mind policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us via our website or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to return your items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We are unable to refund postage costs for returns, unless the product is unusable due to a manufacturing defect (see below).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the concern and make it right.
All product warranties vary for each product and are manufacturer’s warranties. Manufactures are entitled to attempt to repair a product before offering a refund, credit or exchange. Warranty begins from the date of purchase. Any costs incurred by the customer to return the product for repair is the sole responsibility of the customer.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
